Identifying a need to engage their leaders differently Coutts wanted to offer something different that ensured leaders led through practice not simply appointment.The THiNK Leadership Programme was designed with Mindflick (www.mindflick.co.uk), based on cutting-edge performance psychology, and structured in such a way to allow leaders the time and space to ‘THiNK’ about their abilities differently. Through this innovative approach, all leaders in the bank were soon able to identify how to maximize their own strengths and then those of others, and become world-class leaders by enhancing their personal and interpersonal effectiveness, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and overall adaptability. Claire will talk us through the THiNK programme itself and her approach to embedding the learning so it became the language across the business.
